How are your products made?
All of our products are handmade and hand poured in Gainesville, Georgia.

Do you use organic ingredients?

We prioritize certified organic ingredients whenever possible. If we can’t find something organic, we make sure it’s a natural, additive-free alternative. If we wouldn't use it on ourselves or our children, it doesn’t make it into our products!

Is Plant + Stem eco-friendly?

We are passionate about sustainability! We avoid plastic packaging whenever we can. Our salves are packed in reusable and recyclable tins, and we ship in compostable bubble mailers. When straining our herbal oils, we choose muslin over cheesecloth because it can be sanitized and reused. We're always looking for new ways to be more eco-friendly!

For our local customers, we offer a container return program: Bring back your empty tins and receive a 10% discount on your next order!

Are your products vegan?

Our herbal tea blends are vegan-friendly, but our herbal salves do contain beeswax.

How should I store my herbal salves?

Store your salves at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. They stay fresh and potent for about eight months, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy them!

How does shipping work?

We hand-pack and ship all orders twice a week. Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping!

Will my salves melt during shipping? 

It’s unlikely, but it can happen if the weather gets too hot. If your salves arrive soft or melted, just pop them in the refrigerator for a little while to restore their consistency. Don’t worry - this won’t affect their effectiveness!

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns; however, should there be an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately at admin@plantandstem.com
